Delivery Coordinator | Odessa, TX 

Summary

Plans, directs and controls scheduling of loads ensuring optimization of transportation fleet utilization, efficiency and delivery. Directly responsible for contact with customers via telephone and email, ensuring excellent customer service at all times. Works with the team to make Odessa's Customer Service Center a valued service for P66.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent communications skills (verbal, written, listening)
• Ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to demonstrate excellent planning, organizational skills; must be detail oriented
• Ability to work independently, self-motivation a must
• Ability to use PC and related software
• Ability to make sound decisions and take appropriate action
• Ability to respond to unexpected conditions/emergencies
• Ability to work non-traditional hours
• Ability to work with others in a group setting
