Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and control the arrangement of driver work schedules and vehicle utilization to ensure safety, quality, and timeliness.
• Communicate with drivers and customers via telephone, in person, or on-site.
• Ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Dispatch experience preferred, but not required.
• In-cab communication experience is a plus
• Pass Non-DOT physical, drug test & criminal background check
